If you are not my sister, you will probably not want to read this...Here is mom's dress. I am going to shorten it about 1.5 inches and take it up in the shoulders of the shell about 2 inches so it will be more comfortable on her, and see what I can do with the jacket. What do you think of it? Do you like the color on her? And I think it will go okay with the lighter shoes you got her. I think she will look so pretty when I get it altered! Isn't she beautiful!
